PENGARUH KARAKTERISTIK ORGANISASI, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN KUALITAS KERJA TERHADAP EFEKTIFITAS KERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN KINERJA KARYAWAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (Studi kasus pada PT Hartono Istana Teknolgi Kudus)

Abstract


The data analysis technique used to test this hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis which includes the F-test, t test, Tests of Hypotheses and Coefficient of Determination. All data were processed using SPSS 20.0 were first tested using Classical Assumption Test covering Normality Test, Test Heteroskidastity, autocorrelation test and test Multicolinearity The results of the study Test T states that: organizational characteristics (X1) has a direct influence on the effectiveness of employees (Y1), work discipline (X2) have a direct impact on the effectiveness of employees (Y1), the quality of work (X3) have a significant influence on the effectiveness employee (Y1), organizational characteristics (X1), work discipline (X2), the quality of work (X3) mepunyai effect simultaneously on the effectiveness of employees (Y1), organizational characteristics (X1), work discipline (X2) and the quality of work ( X3) together have a significant influence on employee performance (Y2). Test results F calculated that the variable characteristics of the organization (X1), work discipline (X2) and the quality of work (X3) has a value of 84 059 F count> F table with a significant 2.74 0.000 <α = 0:05 and is positive. This is because the level of significance in ANOVA of 0.000 <0.05. Keywords: organizational characteristics, work discipline, work quality, work effectiveness and employee performance
