PENGARUH PENGEMBANGAN KARIR KOMUNIKASI ORGANISASI KOMITMEN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP PEMBERIAN INSENTIF STUDI KASUS DI TERMINIX SEMARANG

Abstract


PT. Agricon Putra Citra Optima (Terminix) is a company engaged in the field of pest control services, and the company stood since 1927. In development companies have ups and downs. This is due to several things including communication has not run smoothly, career development is not maximized and incentives were unsatisfactory. Based on this, the authors are interested to take the title: EFFECT OF ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT CAREER DEVELOPMENT COMMUNICATION COMPANY TO STUDY GRANT OF INCENTIVE at Terminix SEMARANG. Samples of the study some 69 employees working at PT. Agricon Putra Citra Optima (Terminix), samples were taken at random. The results of this study as follows: Based on the test results "t" of each independent variable (2.734 career development, organizational communication and commitment of the company 2,557 2,420) note that "t" count to the variable career development, organizational communication and a firm commitment> "t" table (1.99 ), then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted which means individually there are positive and significant influence between independent variables (career development, organizational communication and commitment to the company) on the dependent variable (incentives). That the value of F count = 56.023> F table = 2.37 (DF1 = k = 2 and df3 = n - k - 1 = 69-2 = 67, α = 0,05), with a figure of significance = 0.000 <α = 0, 05 (significant), so the model is fit for use. Based on calculations using the tools of statistical program SPSS 17.0 for Windows can be explained that the coefficient of determination (R ²) is approximately 0.708 or 70.8%. This means that the independent variable (career development, organizational communication, commitment to the company) together - together affect the dependent variable (incentives) by 70.8%.
