ANALYSIS OF EMPLOYMENT, MORALE, BASIC SKILL TO THE JOB FAIR ELECTIONS MEDIATED BY WORKPLACE (A CASE STUDY ON BPR ARTHA KARTICENTRA BANDUNGREJO MRANGGEN)

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of skills or expertise and the opportunity of job seekers so that they can not choose a workplace in accordance with her wishes. In this case the researchers raised three variables: employment, employee morale and basic skills. In this study, the data used is 100 respondents. Engineering data used in this research that census sampling method, then the data is processed using multiple regression analysis. From the data processing in mind that this study meets the requirements of validity and reliability. The results obtained from the regression equation: Y = 1.980 + 0.571 X1 + 0,299 X2 + 0,046 X3 + e For variable workplace elections. while the variable job fair are: Y = 13 394 + 0.366 + e. The constant is positive, indicating that if there is no employment variable (X1), morale (X2), basic skills (X3), the selection of the workplace (Y1). It will remain there job fair conducted by the company. From the data processing known hypothesis testing using t-test showed that the variables of job opportunities, the morale effect on the selection of the workplace with a value of t> t table (4.346; 2.731> 1.98447), while the variable basic skills have no effect on the selection of the workplace with a value of t <t table (0.390 <1.98447). From the test results of the F variable workplace elections obtained F count> F tebel (13.207> 2.70) with F sig (0,000) <0.05, which means that simultaneous variable employment opportunities, morale, basic skill affect the election tempt work. The conclusion of this study, namely employment, partially morale effect on the selection of the workplace. while the variable basic skill has no effect on the selection of the workplace. Simultaneously there is the influence of employment opportunities, morale, basic skills, workplace elections to the job fair.
