EFFECT OF CAREER DEVELOPMENT AND QUALITY OF WORK LIFE ON JOB SATISFACTION MEDIATED PERSON ORGANIZATION FIT (STUDY OF EMPLOYEES PT . HD TRANS SEMARANG)

Abstract


PT. HD Trans Semarang experiencing problems, where the person organization fit low, presumably it is motivated by the low career development and quality of work life, so the impact on the low employee satisfaction. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the management of PT. HD Trans Semarang organization working to improve the fit person in the work environment, thus contribute to enhancing the job satisfaction of employees.
Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression method and hypothesis testing, either partially or simultaneously. Hypothesis testing results show t value variable career development and the quality of working life, each for 2036 and 9155> t table 1.66691, the research hypothesis which states that the career development and the quality of working life is partially positive and significant impact on the person organization fit is acceptable. The amount of 55 715 F count > F table 3.13, the hypothesis that the career development and the quality of working life simultaneously positive and significant impact on the organization fit person can be accepted. t value of unstandardized predicted values fit person organization the employees of PT. Trans Semarang HD 7864> t table 1.66691, then the hypothesis which states that the person organization fit positive and significant impact on job satisfaction can be accepted.
