PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. GELORA PERSADA MEDIATAMA SEMARANG
Abstract
The purpose of this study were 1) to analyze the influence of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. 2) To analyze the effect of organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. 3) To analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance 4) To analyze the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. 5) To analyze the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and employee performance. The population in this study were employees of PT. Gelora Persada Mediatama Semarang, with the number of 50 people. Data analysis used are validity, reliability testing, regression, t test and the coefficient of determination.
The results of the study at a significance level of 5% showed that: (1) negative effect on job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), which is indicated from the results of the regression β = -0.291, and the significant value of 0.042; where the significance of less than 0.05 (0.042 <0.05), (2) positive influence on the organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), which is indicated from the results of the regression β = 0.400, and 0.822 significant value; where the significance is greater than 0.05 (0.098> 0.05); (3) Job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has positive influence on employee performance, as indicated by the regression results Job Satisfaction β = 0.133 (sign 0.159> 0.05) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) β = 0.738 (sign 0, 06> 0.05) while the Organizational commitment negatively affect employee performance, as indicated by the regression results Organizational commitment β = -0.222 (sign 0.160> 0.05). Rated R ² Contributions job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) to explain the improved performance of employees of PT. Gelora Persada Mediatama of (ΔR²) 0581.
