Abstract


Integrated public services provided by PT BerkahIllahi to fulfill the societies’ demand for qualified public service, are conducted by stakeholders that consists group of PT Berkah Illahi Semarang.
Each of these stakeholders have their clear distinc functions and organizational policy. In order to this office can be functioning more efficient and effective, Organizational Citizenship Behavior of the employees can be relied on.
The objectives of this study are to prove and analyze the influence of Employees’ Perception ,Organizational Commitments and Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of the Employees of PT BerkahIllahi Semarang. Data were collected using questionnaires. Among 80 questionnaires distributed to the employees of PT BerkahIllahi Semarang. Results of this study proved that only organizational climates and Employees’ Satisfaction have significant influences on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of the employees ofPT BerkahIllahi Semarang. The analysis technique used is multiple regression method and hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. The results showed that the variable Employee’s Satisfaction has positive and significant effect on OCB. Employee’s Perseption and OrganizationalCommitmens variable has positive but not big significant committed to the OCB. And the variable that has the most dominant influence on OCB is variable Employee’s Satisfaction. From this study were obtained R2 value of 64,0 %, meaning that 64.0 of OCB variable could be explained by independent variable. The remaining 36 % is explained by the other variables outside the equation.
