INFLUENCE OF MOTIVATION WORK, CAREER DEVELOPMENT AND CULTURAL ORGANIZATION ON THE JOB SATISFACTION AND IMPLICATIONS ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES (CASE ON BABINMINVETCADDAM IV/DIPONEGORO)

Abstract


There are many factors influence the employee’s performance. Such as work motivation, work ability, dicipline,coordination, work environment,experience,education and training, stress, work physic condition,career,cultural organization that grows in the work environment and soon. Motivation, career development and cultural organization are factor that influence the performance of Babinminvetcaddam IV/ Diponegoro instance Semarang Based on those background, the writer tries to research those things.
Babinminvetcaddam IV/Diponegoro is one Goverment instance which tries to serve public employee’s performance will increase if their work motivation is high, career development for them and cultural organization are supporting their performance. The result of the research are there is an influence between work motivation to the employee,s work satisfaction 4,317 > t table = 2,01 with significant value = 0,000 < a= 0,05. So (significant)
so the hypothesa 1 (H1) that there is a variable influence work motivation to work satisfaction at Babinminvetcaddam IV/ Diponegoro proved. It is need to keep and raise the employee’s work motivation by leading and creating communication and give achievement to the employee with a good performance.There is an influence between career development variable to the employee’s work satisfaction as 4,895 > table = 2,01 with significant value = 0,000 < a=0,05 so (significant). So the hypothesa 2 (H2) that there is an influence career development variable to the employee’s work satisfaction at Babinminvetcaddam IV/ Diponegoro Semarang Proved. There is effect between cultural organization variable to the employee’s work satisfaction is 3,824 > t table = 2,01 with significant value = 0,000 < a = 0,05 so significant . so hypothesa 3 (H3) that there is an effect of cultural organization to the employee’s work satisfaction at Babinminvetcaddam IV/Diponegoro proved. The implication of policy that is suggested is the employee should be able to do the cultural organization which has been implemented in the organization since it was started, from the discussion of cultural organization, the employees do not obey the rules of the company and dicipline of time should be done so the tasks are worked by the employee very well.There is an effect between work satisfction variable to the employee’s performance 7,646 > t table = 2,01 with significant value = 0,000 < a=0,05 so significant. So, hypothesa 4 (H4) that there is an effect of work satisfaction variable to the employee’s work performance at Babinminvetcaddam IV/Diponegoro proved.
