EMPOWERMENT OF THE JOB ROLE, LECTURER AND PERFORMANCE THROUGH MOTIVATION AND DISCIPLINE THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES IN AKPELNI SEMARANG

Abstract


This study aims to examine and analyze the role of empowerment, motivation and discipline on Employee Performance in Akpelni Semarang. This study was conducted using population and held on Akpelni employees who have a minimum term of 5 years. Engineering test data used in this study include validity, reliability test, regression analysis and t test. ,
Data collected was tested for validity by factor analysis method and tested reliability coefficient alpha (Cronbach Alpha). The data is valid and reliability test results show the number of variables Empowerment 0.761, 0.761 for the variable of motivation, discipline and 0.695 to 0.699 for the variable Employee Performance.
Results of analysis and discussion showed that empowerment and significant positive effect on employee performance, motivation and no significant negative effect on employee performance and Disciplinary positive and significant impact on employee performance.
The analysis showed that the empowerment effect on employee performance directly, motivation does not directly influence employee performance and discipline influence on employee performance directly
