Abstract


This study aimed to analyze the influence of the work environment , organizational culture and leadership to employee performance Semarang City Market Agency .The sample in this study were 60 respondents using the sampling technique is accidental sampling is sampling at Semarang City Market Agency employee who happened to be found by the researchers . Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression.The results showed that ( 1 ) there are significant positive and significant correlation between the work environment to employee performance , ( 2 ) there are significant positive and significant correlation between organizational culture on employee performance , ( 3 ) there are significant positive and significant correlation between leadership on employee performance ; ( 4 ) work environment , organizational culture and leadership and significant positive effect on employee performance .
