PENGARUH SCHEDULE KERJA ADAPTASI KERJA DAN PERUBAHAN ORGANISASI TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION KARYAWAN DI UD.PELANGI KABUPATEN SEMARANG

Abstract


Success or failure of a company in achieving its intended purpose, is highly dependent on the quality and quantity of human resources it has. Because of the importance of human resource factor, then it should, if the company gives serious attention to the ability of these human resources factor in supporting the achievement of corporate goals. The objective of this study was to determine the effect of the work schedule, the adaptation of work and organizational change to turnover intention happens to UD.Pelangi Semarang regency. Based on data analysis, some conclusions can be drawn at the time processing of multiple linear regression. This study qualifies the validity, reliability, determination test, as well as escape from normality test is then free from multikoliniearitas test and test heterokedastisitas. The results of statistical calculations on the work schedule, the adaptation of work and organizational change to turnover intention in UD.Pelangi Semarang district was known there were positive and significant influence among the working schedule, the adaptation of work and organizational change to turnover intention. Evidenced by the results of F count (21.061)> F table (2.76). And the independent variables schedule of work (X1) has an enormous influence among independent variable adaptation of work (X2), and organizational change (X3), because of the variable schedule of work (X1) has a value of regression coefficient of 0377 when compared with the variable adaptation of work (X2 )regresinyasebesar coefficient of 0.234, while the organizational changes (X3) had a regression coefficient of 0.314.
