PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, KOMPENSASI DAN KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI PADA LAUNDRY ELEPHANT KING
Abstract
Phenomena or problems experienced by Elephant King Laundry as described in the background, it can be seen the formulation of the problem is how the Elephant King Laundry managers improve employee job satisfaction is a positive impact on employee performance. The study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, compensation and communication on employee performance and job satisfaction as a mediating variable in Elephant King Laundry.
The research sample using research techniques or research population census is research that takes all of the employees as respondents, where the number of samples are 80 employees Elephant King Laundry Semarang. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression.
The test results indicate that there is significant influence between transformational leadership, compensation and communication on job satisfaction. Other results showed that there was a significant influence between transformational leadership, compensation, communication and job satisfaction on employee performance.
