PENGARUH KOMPENSASI, PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA KARYAWAN PT.WOODEXINDO SEMARANG

Abstract


PT. Woodexindo is a furniture company that has been growing rapidly, as seen from the marketing area that already includes up to overseas. As a rapidly growing company, certainly many problems that must be addressed immediately in order to satisfy customer services. It began revamping of existing human resources. Improvement of human resources can be through training, education and the provision of a satisfactory compensation. Improvement of the company is expected to improve employee performance in PT. Woodexindo. This problem is today faced by PT.Woodexindo. Based on this background the author is interested in conducting research on: Influence Compensation, Education and Training on the Job Performance in PT.Woodexindo.
The population in this study of 180 employees, while the sample in this study amounted to 65 employees. The results of this study as follows:
T test results table, variable compensation smallest ranks. This means that employees are more focused on the development of the company, although compensation is also a consideration employees to improve work performance.
Variable Education has the greatest influence in determining employee performance. This is evident from the results of the t test that is equal to 3,925, with a high level of education workers will be able to develop ways of thinking for designing, developing PT.Woodexindo to develop overseas marketing area.
Test results of determination states that the third variable (compensation, education and training) was able to explain the variable performance of 75.2%. Another variable that has not been explained only by 24.8%, for example, incentives, work environment, leadership and others
