Abstract


The success of an organization in achieving its objectives can be seen with the accomplishment of work shows the results of one's work achieved. Job performance is the result of work that can be achieved by anyone based on pre-defined criteria that can help institutions / organizations to achieve the goals in quality and quantity. his study aims to determine how much influence controling, motivation and the Discipline of work on work performance of employees Dinas Pasar Semarang City.
The population in this study were all employees of Dinas Pasar Semarang City as many as 289 people. Samples taken a number of 74 employees and the technique used is proportional random sampling. Statistical analysis was conducted on the multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing.
Based on the results of data analysis can be concluded; There is a positive and significant impact supervise the job performance of employees, this is evidenced in the statistical analysis in which the value of the regression coefficient of labor discipline (b1) of 0.306 and t (3.358)> t table (1.666) or sig t 0.001 < 0.05, thus H1 accepted. There is a positive and significant effect of motivation on the performance of employees, this is evidenced in the statistical analysis in which the value of the regression coefficient motivation (b2) of 0.318 and t (3.328)> t table (1.666) or sig t (0.001) <0.05, thus H2 accepted. There is a positive and significant impact work discipline on the performance of employees, this is evidenced in the statistical analysis in which the value of coefficient regression work discipline (b3) of 0.302 and t (2.871)> t table (1.666) or sig t ( 0.005) <0.05, thus H3 accepted. There is a positive and significant impact controling, motivation and discipline of working together on job performance of employees, this is evidenced in the statistical analysis where F count (108.673)> F table (2.736) or sig F (0,000) <0 , 05, thus H4 accepted. The coefficient of determination is equal to 0,816, which means a variation change employee work performance is affected controling, motivation and work discipline by 81.6%, while the remaining 18.4% is influenced by other factors outside the research
