PENGARUH JOB INSECURITY, KEPUASAN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION PRAMUNIAGA Di GELAEL SUPERMARKET (Studi Kasus Pada Gelael Superindo Kota Semarang)

Abstract


Supermarker Gelael is one supermarket that developed in the era of modern retail. Services provided by employees Gelael expected to provide customer satisfaction. Care of employees can not be separated from employee satisfaction, working anvironment and satisfaction of employees Gelael itself. Employees are expected to be comfortable to work in Gelael Semarang, so that the service provided can be maximized. Based on this background the authors are interested to co-opted the title : “ Effect of Job Insecurity, Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention of the Working Environment in Supermarket Gelael Semarang “.
This Study took a sample of 80 employees Gelael with the following results :
1. The test result of multiple regression is Y = 8,295 X1 + 0,824 – 0,195 X2 – X3 0134 means if job insecurity, job satisfaction and work environment negative effect on turnover intention.
2. The validity of the test results sowed r calculate all the variables ( Job Insecurity, Job Satisfaction, Work environment and turnover Intention)> r table ( 0,22) so that variables declaret invalid.
3. Reliability test results show the value crouncash alpha> 0.6 so that oll variables declared reliable research. Suggestions from authors to reduce employee turnover is to open two-way communication so that what is required of employees and companies can more clearly known to both parties.
