PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN TEAM WORK TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN MELALUI LOYALITAS KARYAWAN PADA CV. MAWAR SEMARANG

Abstract


Every company needs resources to achieve the goal that must have high productivity in order
to carry out the functions of management. Companies must increase the productivity of employees
through compensation, team work and employee loyalty. The purpose of this research to analyze the
effect of compensation and team work can also affect employee loyalty which in turn can affect
employee productivity.
The population in this study were all employees at CV. Semarang rose with the number of
114 people. Samples taken a number of 53 people. The sampling technique is stratified proportional
random sampling. Statistical analysis was conducted on the multiple linear regression and hypothesis
testing.
Based on the results of data analysis can be concluded; There is a positive and significant
impact of compensation on employee loyalty, proven t (5.132)> t table (1.675) or t sig 0.000 <0.05.
There is a positive and significant impact on employee loyalty team work, this is evidenced t (4.562)> t
table (1.675) or sig t (0.000) <0.05. There is a positive and significant impact compensation and team
work and jointly to the loyalty of employees, this is evidenced in the statistical analysis where F count
(43.036)> F table (3.187) or sig F (0,000) <0.05. There is a positive and significant impact employee
loyalty on employee productivity, proven t (7.247)> t table (1.675) or sig t (0.000) <0.05.
