PENGARUH PENGEMBANGAN KARIR, PROMOSI JABATAN DAN ROTASI KERJA TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI PADA SPBU COCO WILADAH SEMARANG

Abstract


The purpose of this essay is t know the influence of career development, promotions and work rotation
to organizational commitment in spbu coco semarang. Metods of data collection in this study is quistionnaires
filled out by respondents are employee of SPBU COCO Semarang, taking sample of 100 respondents. In this
study using a actidental sampling method. The analysis data use the method of multiple linear regression
coefficient analysis. Regression analysis is used to determine the influence of career development, promotions
and work rotation to organizational commitment in spbu coco semarang. Data are processed using SPSS 18.
The result of the study is that the calculations of regression coefficient optained Y = 2,686 + 0,370X1 +
0,250X2 + 0.234X3+e it means that result of regression give ppositiv influence on organizational commitment,
and the influence of career development on organizational commitment is greater than promotins and work
rotation. The coefficient of determination is 0,628 it mean tha the organizational commitment of 62.8% is
influence by career development, promotions and work rotation, well the rest of 37.2% is influence by other
factor.
