PENGARUH KOORDINASI, PEMBAGIAN KERJA, DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS KERJA DENGAN MASA KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI (Studi kasus Pada Sekolah Islam Holistik Yayasan Tabina Hanifa Semarang)

Abstract


This research was motivated by the discovery of the problem is not the achievement of effectiveness
because of the coordination, division of labor and employment commitments in Tabina Foundation Hanifa
Semarang. This study uses quantitative methods to sampling by census on 72 respondents. The purpose of this
research is 1) Determine the influence on the effectiveness of coordination of work. 2) Determine the influence of
the division of labor on the effectiveness of the work. 3) Determine the influence of organizational commitment
to workplace effectiveness. 4) Determine the influence of tenure as a moderator of the coordinating role of the
effectiveness of the work. 5) Determine the influence tenure as moderator role of division of labor on the
effectiveness of the work. 6) Determine the influence tenure as moderator role of organizational commitment to
workplace effectiveness.
Based on the analysis, the conclusions that can be drawn from this study were 1) There is no impact on
the effectiveness of coordination between employment due to the significant value of 0.058> 0.05, but has a beta
coefficient of 0.200. coefficient is positive which means that the better coordination the better the effectiveness of
its work, then Ho is accepted. 2) There is no influence of the division of labor on the effectiveness of work
because of the significant value of 0.434> 0.05, but has a beta coefficient of 0.083. coefficient is positive which
means that the better division of labor the better the effectiveness of its work, then Ho is accepted. 3) There is
effect between organizational commitment to workplace effectiveness for 0.000 significance value of <0.05, it
has a beta coefficient of 0424. coefficient is positive which means that the better organizational commitment the
better the effectiveness of its work, so Ha is received. 4) Variable moderation tenure does not affect the
coordinating effect on the effectiveness of the work for t R1 (1931)> t R2 (0057), then Ho is accepted. 5)
Variable moderation tenure does not affect the division of labor influence on the effectiveness of the work for t
R1 (0788)> t R2 (-1363), then Ho is accepted. 6) Variable moderation tenure had no role in the influence of
organizational commitment to workplace effectiveness for t R1 (4574)> t R2 (2823), then Ho is accepted.
