PENGARUH VARIASI MAKANAN, PELAYANAN,DAN ATMOSFER TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN DI RM. BOROBUDURSEMARANG
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of variations in food, service and atmosphere to customer satisfaction in
the RM. Borobudur Semarang. Questionnaires were distributed to 78 customers RM. Borobudur Semarang.
Analysis technique used is regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of a varied diet have a
positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. For variable services has a positive and significant
impact on customer satisfaction. As for variable atmosphere, has a positive and significant impact on customer
satisfaction. And the dominant variable is the variety of food because it has the greatest impact on
customersatisfaction.
