PENGARUH SISTEM REKRUTMEN, PENGEMBANGAN DAN PENEMPATAN TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA KARYAWAN BAGIAN PRODUKSI DI PT. SAI GARMENTS INDUSTRIES SEMARANG

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of the system of recruitment, development and placement on the
performance of the production employees PT. Sai Garments Industries Semarang.The sampling technique used
was questionnaires and interviews, the research was conducted using total sampling samples used in this study
amounted to 95 employees, so in 1925 the population makes respinden and multople linear regression analysis
using the SPSS version.16.0.
Research revealed a positive and significant impact on the recruitmen of job performance is show on the
regression coefficients for the variables recruitmen ( )0,112 (1,005< 0,202) or significant t
(0.318< 0.05). Existence of positive and significant impact on the development of the regression coefficient
indicated for development ( ) 0,163 (1,265 < 0,202) or significant t (0.209 < 0.05). Existence of
positive and significant impact on the performance of the placement is determined from regression coefficient
for the variables placement ( ) 0.159 (2.824< 0,202) or significant t (0.006< 0.05), variable
placement ( )has a significant positive effect on the performance of most major.
