Abstract


Data analysis techniques used to test this hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis that includes
F-test, t test, Tests of Hypotheses and coefficient of determination. All data were processed using SPSS 20.0
program were first tested using Classical Assumption Test covering Normality Test, Heteroskidastity Test, Test and
Test autocorrelation Multicolinearity
T-test research results stating that: Test Results Human Relations T for the variable (X1) obtained the
value t = 0.817 and t table = 2.024 (two-tailed), so the value of t <t table. By using the 0.05 limit the significance
value (probability) on the model of 0.419 is above 0.05. Human Relations is not positive and significant impact on
the Work Ethic. (Y1), T Test Results for Physical Environment variables (X2) obtained the value t = 1,651 and t
table = 2.024 (two-tailed), so the value of t <t table. By using the 0.05 limit the significance value (probability) on
the model of 0.107 is above 0.05. This indicates that the variable Physical Condition The environment is not positive
and significant impact on the Work Ethic. (Y1), through hypothesis testing, Work Ethics proven to bring positive and
significant effect on performance. Work Ethic influence coefficient is equal to 0466 and sig = 0.002. The results of
the Human Relations, the physical condition of the environment on the work ethic, work ethic has a positive impact
on performance.
