PENGARUH PELATIHAN KERJA, MOTIVASI DAN PEMBERIAN INSENTIF TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAIDINAS PERTANIAN KOTA SEMARANG

Abstract


Data analysis techniques used to test this hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis that includes F-test, t test, Tests of Hypotheses and coefficient of determination. All data were processed using SPSS 20.0 program were first tested using Classical Assumption Test covering Normality Test, Heteroskidastity Test, Test and Test Multicolinearity autocorrelation. The research result of T test states that: job training (X1) has a direct influence on the performance of (Y1), motivation (X2) has a direct influence on the performance of (Y1), incentives (X3) have a significant influence on the performance of (Y1), training work (X1) motivation (X2) providing incentives (X3) together have a significant influence on the performance of (Y1). F test results that the calculated F value of 19 079> F table 2.73 significance level calculated F 0000 <significance level α table 0:05, thus it can be said that the chance Job Training, Motivation Kerjadan Target Granting Incentive simultaneously positive and significant impact terhadapKinerja Employees at Agriculture Department Semarang, then Ho is rejected and accepted Ha. Therefore, the fourth hypothesis research confirming that opportunity Job Training, Motivation Kerjadan Granting Incentive Target simultaneous positive and significant impact on employee performance to the Agriculture Department Semarang acceptable.
