Abstract


Customer confidence is all the knowledge of the consumer and all the conclusions made consumers about the objects, attributes and benefits. While customer loyalty is a behavioral impulse to buy repeatedly and to build kesetiaaan customers to a product or service produced by the company. The factors that determine customer confidence and loyalty in this study are the three variables, namely: interest rates, quality of service and location. BPR Nusamba Cepiring Ungaran a banking business that was established in 1990. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of interest rates, quality of service and location of the customer confidence and loyalty BPR Nusamba Cepiring Ungaran.
The population in this study is the BPR customers Nusamba Cepiring Ungaran. The sample in this study using 99 respondents. In this study, the sampling technique uses accidental sampling, data collection with questionnaires and methods of analysis using multiple linear regression.
Results of analysis using SPSS version 20 which states that: in testing the validity of all the variables declared invalid, the result of customer confidence and loyalty BPR Nusamba Cepiring have t> t table (1.661) and f count> F table (2.70), testing significant hypotheses with significant value <0.05, (f count customer confidence 292.298, 271.683 f calculate customer loyalty) with a coefficient of determination variable interest rates, quality of service and customer confidence locations with 89.9% and the remaining 10.1% influenced by another factor, while the determination on customer loyalty 89.8% and 10.8% influenced by other factors.
