Abstract


The success of the organization to achieve goals and objectives is largely determined by employee performance. Employee performance is the level of individual work achievement after trying or working hard or the end result of an activity. Many factors can affect employee performance, such as compensation, motivation and training.
The object of this research is Bank Saudara, Ruko Imam Bonjol Square Kav 4, Jl. Imam Bonjol No. 176 Semarang is one of the major national private banks. Based on the data, the average loan realization charged to the marketing employees only reached 89,74% with the trend in the last three years decreased. In addition, there was a decrease in the number of customers by 7,12%. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation, motivation and training on employee performance
The population of this study are employees of Bank Saudara, Ruko Imam Bonjol Square Kav 4 Jl. Imam Bonjol No. 176 Semarang with 137 employees. The sample in this research is 58 employees. The data type is primary and secondary. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with previously tested by instrument test and classical assumption test.
