ANALISIS BURNOUT, BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN HUMAN RELATION TERHADAP STRES KERJA KARYAWAN (STUDI KASUS DI PT. HOTEL CANDI BARU SEMARANG)

Abstract


PT. Hotel Candi Baru Semarang is a company engaged in the services. In an effort to meet its targets of improving occupation rate as well as providing outstanding service to guests, it was the onset of job stress to its employees that affect the productivity of their work and when not immediately followed up by the company it will be detrimental to employees and companies. Presumably the onset of job stress among employees of PT. Hotel Candi Baru Semarang is because often the case that hit the burnout of employees, implementation of the organizational culture of PT. Hotel Candi Baru Semarang still felt less strongly embedded in people and human relations at PT. Hotel Candi Baru Semarang is still low. Research problem in this study the extent of the influence of burnout, organizational culture and human relations to employee stress.

Analysis tools used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The number of samples in this study are determined through census method, by taking 100% of the total population or total as many as 87 employees. The results showed that burnout, organizational culture and human relations have a positive and significant impact on job stress partially, due to the ρ-value variable burnout, organizational culture and human relations, respectively 0.005: 0.000 and 0.020 < level of significance (α) which 0.05 is used and F-count of 7.363 with ρ-value far below the 0000 level of significance (α) of 0.05 is used.                                             

Based on these results, the managerial implications of the management needs to consider strategies for minimalizir occurrence of burnout in the work environment, and strive to cultivate the development of human relations and organizational culture that is positive in the work environment to suppress the occurrence of work stress among their employees.
