Abstract
Media is in the triangulation of the state, market and civil society. The twomedia interests that influences media content are economic and power. As economic institution, media has a close relation with politic system. The economy politic relations transforms the use value of media into marketable product for a
profit, as the result of monopolistic tendency and integration process, both vertically and horizontally. Media concentration has a significant influence on the content of media as occurred
in MNC Group represented the economic and politic interests of the owner. Media output was controlled by market that called market-driven journalism and caused the public interest to find the truth was lost.
