Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of incentives, human relations, employee job satisfaction impacting on enterprise performance MARKASS SPORT CENTER (MSC) KUDUS. In which the independent variables are incentives affect human relations and employee satisfaction as an intervening variable impact on work performance as the dependent variable.

Population of the research is all employees working in the company MARKASS SPORT CENTER (MSC) KUDUS. Samples taken as many as 71 respondents using census techniques. Data was collected using survey method through a questionnaire filled out by the employee. Then the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. This analysis includes the Test Validity, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Regression Analysis, Testing Hypothesis with f and t test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2).

Based on the results obtained by regression equation Y1 = 5704 + 0445 + 0286 X2 X1 + e and Y2 = 11 917 + 0381 Y. Based on statistical data analysis, indicators in this study are valid and are reliable variables. In the classic assumption test, free regression models multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity does not happen, and the normal distribution. Individually, the variables that have greater influence is variable incentives with a regression coefficient of 0445, followed by a variable human relations with a regression coefficient of 0286 hypothesis testing using t test showed that both independent variables studied proved to positively affect the dependent variable job satisfaction employees. Then through the F test showed that the independent variables feasible to test the dependent variable employee satisfaction. Then the next step is to calculate the level of significance between the variable employee satisfaction (Y1) on work performance (Y2) by looking at the t value of unstandardized predicted value in this study shown that t for 2,557> t table 1.66724 with a significance level of 0.013 <α = 0.05 and is positive (one Taile), then Ho is accepted and rejected Ha. Figures Adjusted R Square Recourse phase 1 of 0.162 indicates that the variable employee satisfaction can be explained by variable incentives and human relations of 16.2%, while the remaining 83.8% is explained by other variables outside the two variables used in this study , While Adjusted R Square 2 Recourse stage of 0.073 indicates that the job performance variables can be explained by the variable employee satisfaction by 7.3%, while the remaining 92.7% is explained by other variables outside of the variables used in this study.
