Abstract


In order to increase consumer satisfaction at Rumah Geprek Restaurant Djogjakarto can not be separated from the service and facilities provided by the owner of the restaurant. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality, price, and location on consumer satisfaction at Chicken Geprek Restaurant Djogjakarto. Population studied is consumer at Rumah Makan Geprek Djogjakarto Semarang with sample amount 100 person. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that all independent variables ie service quality, price and location have positive and significant effect to customer satisfaction of Rumah Makan Ayam Geprek Djogjakarto Semarang.
