PENGARUH KOMPENSASI, KEAHLIAN DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA BANK PERMATA CABANG BANGKONG SEMARANG

Abstract


Object in this research is All employees of Bank Permata Cabang Bangkong Semarang, about 44 employeess. While some of the employer is use for the sample. Data analysis technique is using multiple linear regression.sample t, sample F and determination.

The result of this research is there got positive effect and significant between compensation (X1) to job satisfaction (Y).  This is indicated by value of the regression coefficient of 0.470 and Calcuted value (6,611) >  table (1,684) and also sign (0,001) < sign a (0,05). There also got positive effect and expertise significant (x2) to job satisfication (y). this is indicated by value of the regression coefficient of 0.245 and calcucated value (2,870) > table (1,684) and also sign (0,007) < sign a (0,05). There got positive effect and work environment significant (X3) to job satisfication (y). this is shown by value of the regression about 0,487 and calcuted value (5,116) > table (1,684) and also sign (0,000) < sign a (0,05). There got positive effect and compensation significant (x1) expertise (x2) and work environment (x3) to job satisfication(y). In tis case this research is ready for  continued shown with calcuted value F (101.243) > Table F (3,32) and sign (0,000) < sign a (0,05).

Conclusion that we can take from this research is compensation, expertise and work environment directly have positive effects and significant to job satisfication. Compensation, expertise and work environment got positive effect and significant to job satisfication. Advice can be given by Bank is to increase salaries and incentive compensation as a promotion as a reward for employees are more motivated to do the work from company. Employees must be increased their knowledge or expertise about the things must to do or the target which based already in the set for customer are not reduced.
