PENGARUH SELF EFFICACY DAN TEAM WORK TERHADAP RETENSI KARYAWAN DENGAN INTERVENING KEPUASAN KERJA (STUDI PADA PT SINAR HARMONI GARMINDO CABANG GUMPING)

Abstract



This research aims to determine the effect of self-efficiency and team work on employee retention with job satisfaction interventions at PT Sinar Harmoni Garmindo Gumping Branch. The data collection technique in this research was by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The population of this study was all employees of PT Sinar Harmoni Garmindo Gumping Branch with a total sample of 63 employees in this study. Sample collection was carried out using the saturated sample technique. 
The research results show that self-efficacy has a effect on employee retention at PT Sinar Harmoni Garmindo Gumping Branch as indicated by the sig value. 0.000 < 0.05. with a regression coefficient value of -0.592. Testing with sig values. 0.029 < 0.05. with a regression coefficient value of 0.278, it states that team work at PT Sinar Harmoni Garmindo Gumping Branch has a effect on employee retention. Self-efficacy, team work do not have a significant influence on job satisfaction but employee retention has an
influence on job satisfaction. Self-efficacy influences employee retention through job satisfaction as an intervening variable which is shown by having a p-value of 0.010 < 0.05. Team work has no effect on employee retention through job satisfaction as an intervening variable because it has a p-value of 0.060 > 0.05.
