THE EFFECT OF CULTURE KAIZEN AND COMPENSATION OF EMPLOYEES WITH THE SPIRIT OF ORGANIZATION COMMITMENT AS AN INTERVENING VARIABLE ( CASE STUDY OF EMPLOYEES PT . SMARTFREN TELECOM Tbk. SEMARANG

Abstract


PT. Smartfren Telecom Tbk. Semarang is located on Jalan Ahmad Yani 132 Semarang is committed to becoming a provider of affordable telecommunications services to the community with the best quality turns to face the dilemma, where the morale of employees, especially in the sales still low. Low employee morale sales section on PT. Smartfren Telecom Tbk. Semarang allegedly motivated by the application of kaizen culture is not well developed in the company as well as the compensation provided by the company is less satisfactory.

Data analysis techniques used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with Two Stage Least Square (2SLS) and Goodness of Fit test partial and simultaneous. Respondents in this research were employees of the sales which amounted to 80 people, in which the sampling technique is simple random sampling. Based on the results of Regression Analysis with Two Stage Least Square (2SLS) note that kaizen culture variables have the greatest influence on organizational commitment, where the regression coefficient of 0.353 and the positive direction. Testing Goodness of Fit partially indicates that the variable kaizen culture and compensation partially positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, because t value of each variable, namely 4.152 and 3.804 > t table 1.66462 and unstandardized predicted value variable organizational commitment partially positive effect and significant impact on employee of morale, because it has a value of 6.025 t > t table 1.66462. Variable kaizen culture and compensation, simultaneously influence the organizational commitment, because it has a value of 31 31.091 F count > F table 3.12.
