JOB INSECURITY AND JOB STRESS EFFECT OF TURNOVER INTENTION ON PT. BERKAT ABADI SURYA CEMERLANG SEMARANG (HO)

Abstract


Research three variables. Job insecurity (X1), work stress (X2) and turnover intention (Y). To analyze the effect of job insecurity and job stress on turnover intention of employees at PT. Berkat Abadi Surya Cemerlang, Semarang.
As the population: employees of the company, using a purposive sampling method, obtained 105 respondents, the technique of multiple regression analysis and test hipotesis.dengan SPSS. t value: 7.141 (X1), and 2,531 (X2)> t table 1.983, the second hypothesis states the partial effect of variable X to Y is acceptable. 5.592 F count > F table 3.09 and 0.000 significance F count> 0.05 so the hypothesis that X1 and X2 simultaneously affect the Y is acceptable.
Should the management company can provide employees flexibility to further develop capabilities in the field.
