ANALYSIS OF EFFECT ON THE QUALITY OF PERFORMANCE IMPLICATIONS EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION AT KANTOR KECAMATAN BANYUMANIK SEMARANG

Abstract


Performance of employees is the job performance or work ( outputs ) of both quality and quantity of work achieved in the time period of union employees perform work tasks . While the satisfaction of the people are satisfied or dissatisfied feeling someone after comparing the results of the product through the performance of employees who have been granted . Factors that determine the performance of employees and community satisfaction in the quality of service is five quality variables are: tangible , assurance , reliability, responsiveness and empathy . Subdistrict is a government agency that has duties in the service of ID cards and KK . The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of tangible, assurance, reliability, responsiveness , empathy for the employee 's performance has implications for people's satisfaction at the district office Banyumanik Semarang .           The population in this research is a district community Banyumanik in doing KTP and KK . The sample in this study using the 100 respondents. In this research, the sampling technique uses accidental sampling, data collection with questionnaires and methods of analysis using multiple linear regression. Results of the analysis showed that the factors of service quality (tangible , assurance , reliability, responsiveness , and empathy ) and simultaneous partial positive influence on employee performance , as well as partial and simultaneous positive effect on people's satisfaction .
